Happy Family

Michael and Siobhan. She's about 6-7 years old, and her wings went under surgery number 2. She needs a few more to reset bones, and allow the muscles and skin to develop properly.

She's happy with Michael. And he's happy with her. Medicine for the soul.

Michael grew up alone, a Dhampyr(human-vampire cross, his father wanted nothing to do with his mother, or him. Infact, he tried to kill the woman when she was weeks away from birth.

Seeing as no way to raise him, and that she was going to die, the woman signed the paperwork and sent him to a well off orphanage. By well off, that meant his origins were put under lock and key until he turned 18.

Too bad that wasn't what he planned. He found out about his abilities when he was about 9. He was able to use them, and hone them. Michael was an able bodied fighter at the age of 14.

The family that adopted him, knew he was a cross, and enrolled him in schooling for other Crosses. By enrollment, he was almost part of the Tactforce. Sent on low level missions to gather information on Hostile groups. On a mission, he was sent to a genetics lab.

A tip said they were using stem cells for highly questionable research. Well beyond human cloning, the company was making humans, and splicing them with different creatures; demons, animals, nymphs, mermaids etc.

There, he found subject 59212. A little girl with stunning green-hazel eyes, and bat wings. She had tried to escape numerous times, so they bound her wings. Literally stapling the bones together, the wings were cripled.

And to cut the story short, they genetic material for Siobhan's making was a sample of Michael's blood. It was animorphous, and very little was needed for Asexual reproduction.

Once he turned 18, and the company was shut down, Michael adopted the little girl. Little while later, she named herself Siobhan.
