Well, I did this a while back... but I really like Cell and wanted to post him! I rated it pg-13 because of the cell on the right! That's him without his armor on... (Which is actually quite impossible to take off...but hey!! A girl like me can dream.. right!) I hope you pepoes like him... I don't really see THAT much art of Cell on this site. Well, bye!
