erk--this is the third time i've tried submitting this pic. my internet connection is being skrewy, and i'm getting just a bit pissed at this point. *whacks retarded wireless hub across the room*

so, i drew this so that i could compare. i'm very disappointed in my scanner, though, which seems to enjoy destroying my oh-so-careful blending jobs.
it's been a very, very long time since i last updated. i've been very busy, though. but between my last pic and this one, i had my fourteenth birthday at last! i got photoshop elements four, but unfortunately i don't have a tablet (yet!), and i haven't installed it yet, but i'm hoping to have some fun messing around with that :3 plus, i got some very nice markers from my mom and step-dad, as well as fabulous inking pens from my dear friend
Tama, so i'll hopefully be producing some quality fancrap soon :D

I've been wanting to combine old drawings with new ones to show my improvement... *goes to look for first Sailor Moon drawing*
I can see that your technique in coloring/blending has changed and as well as your sense of "bagginess" in clothing. Back in May, Syaoran looks like CCS Syaoran but now in October, Syaoran seems to have been influenced by Tsubasa and yet drawn with your own sort of style. I like that we can now see Syaoran's brown eyes that give him more character.
I think it's funny that you get art supplies for your birthday. I get them too! XP I usually get pencils, colored pencils (Mom bought me a set once that I found out was $40!), paper, drawing pads, "how to" books, etc. Christmas is when I got more. Do you ask for art stuff for Christmas, too? I'm going to ask for nice markers, rulers, and erasers this year.
