its cartoonish yes...you know if you touched it up a bit, you could improve some. I mean..i cant draw for crap but yea...a silouhette of hotsuma with only the headband eyes and the red scarf in color is a good idea..so i suggest you touch it up and smooth it out or if you're too lazy like me lol you can send it to someone else to make the main idea of the pic in a different way.
