He is the Cape,an enigma who is trying to kill sonic!!! nothting is known about this phantom exept that he is a master swordsman with the katana and looks like shadow!and those who have had brush encounters with the phantom say that he has glowing red eyes........well I might use this guy in one of my comics someday please leave a comment OR ELSE he might come after you!!!!!!!
