It's a configuration of the Polish version of Wheel of Fortune, Kolo Fortuny. I got this config from an MS-DOS adaption of the Polish version. I hope our currency doesn't end up like this.

germannameYep. It's short for Strata Kolejki. That was Poland's old Lose a Turn before they had "STOP" your turn (Note the sarcasm).
