I know I'm a tad late for Feb.14,2008 but thanks and likewise.

Yes in an Episode I think is called 'The Return of the Toxic Avenger' Plucky Duck does a spin and presto,ends up in a red cocktail dress.The episode was from a nature themed showing of Tiny Toons (the one where Babs is dressed as a fairy introducing each episode).I can't remember what the other two episodes were called or what happens in them.
I even had a drawing of Plucky but it was among the Tiny Toon fanart I threw away in the trash back in 2000.Boy do I ever regret doing that.

Sonic: I never did. I loved you so much, but I felt embarrassed to admit it to anyone. Your beauty stuns me every time I see you in a dress like that.

Amy: So you only like my clothes?

Sonic: Amy, it wouldn't matter if you were dressed in rags, <picks her up and holds her in his arms> you'd still look strikingly beautiful to me. <gives her a big kiss>

Thanks! Amy really gets me whenever I see her in that dress or a similar dress.
