Y49670True here in Indiana wheel airs on it's original channel NBC since 2002 it used to air on CBS when I was born up until the said year

Y49670My guess about this season hasn't happened yet but it could be near off the air time that the arches return

germannameMaybe, but I'll tell you something. Although Wheel airs on ABC in Chicago, where I live, CBS distributes it. If CBS cancels it, they basically throw a lot of money down the drain.

Y49670Recently, I have seen a pattern for contestant spacing. Here is a timeline showing such.
1975: just a space between the podiums with no decor
1981: gold archways
1989: gold spaces
1990: touching podiums
2007: silver spaces
Possible 2009: silver arches
Possible 2011: no decor between r,y,&b podiums
*I use the first letter of the color when i do my drawings, because i am just doing outlines @ school.

Y49670For the wheel in the early 80's it's better than the disco bit. I think we'll be seeing a silver version of the arch ways next season.

germannameWell, if you check out the 1975 podiums, you'll notice the lights stating the score are all colored accordingly. The proof is on the boxart of the 1975 Milton Bradley games.
