Description

In response to the new Wheel of Fortune in the Philippines which premiered in January 2008 (an older one was on in 2002), I just made from some boredom what WOF in the Philippines would look like back in 1991. Note the configuration is based off Bob Goen's rounds 1 & 2 wheel from 1989.
