Ferris Wheel of Fortune

Description
This is actually based off of a Before & After puzzle I remember most from Tyco's Wheel of Fortune game (I also saw this very puzzle on a 1989 episode of Wheel), showing that if you want to take the category Before & After to a whole new level, art is the best way to do it.
The story about this began in 1994 when I was just 4-years-old when I first got the game, and when I saw this puzzle, I didn't know the concept of the category Before & After, believing that a Ferris Wheel styled like the wheel used on Wheel of Fortune actually existed. 14 years later, I obviously now know that no such thing existed, but I can take something of complete fantasy and put it on a sheet of paper.
