I don't have Photoshop, but this was done using Powerpoint with final touches done using Paint. For the wheel illustrations, I use Paint (before that I used Arcsoft photo Impression 5) to put in the colors, and then put in the numbers and letters with Microsoft Publisher, which happens to be a Microsoft Oficce application. Before using publisher, I used Microsoft Picture It Publishing 2001, which is not an MS office application.

The fire was actually made using AutoShapes, but it's those Autoshapes you draw with, you know?
