Someone over at DA is a huge Wheel of Fortune fan just like I am. Just like me, he focuses on some strange values, many of which have never been seen on the American version but have been used on international versions of the show. He asked me to make a wheel using the values he has created that can be seen in his gallery.
Although he had a Big Bucks wedge in one of his pictures, I felt that instead of a wedge it should be considered a round: the BIG BUCKS ROUND! The smallest value is $1000 and the largest value is a staggering $25000!
Note the blue-numbered $2300 as that was in one of his pictures (it's his favorite number). He had another $2300 space that was beige-colored, but I wanted to make that value $2900 for myself as 29 was my favorite number more than a decade ago for reasons not even I can comprehend. I promised MP3500 that the beige $2300 will be up on another wheel.
The Big Bank space was inspired by "Whammy!" the son of "Press Your Luck." How it works on WOF is that throughout the game, money that is lost to a Bankrupt and taken from the players that didn't solve the puzzle is put in this Big Bank. In order to acquire it, the player must land on the Big Bank space (available only this round), call a letter in the puzzle, and immediately solve the puzzle (meaning you can't buy a vowel before doing so) in order to win it. If there was a possibly good replacement for the Jackpot round (which works pretty much the same way), this would be it.
