The spinner from Italy's Wheel of Fortune Board Game, La Ruota della Fortuna, from about 1992.
I was checking out foreign EBay sites looking for various foriegn Wheel of Fortune merchandise, and although there were many listings for the Italian Wheel game at ebay.it , many didn't have a good shot of the spinner except for one (although it required IE's zoom feature to get a good shot of it).
