The same guy who made VGAWheel also released WINWheel. Note the WIN doesn't mean winning the game; it's short for Windows.
I have some artwork of the game via a CD-Case, and it paritally shows a Wheel on the cover. I did change the font looks a little bit in order to fill as much of each wedge as possible.
Top dollar value for my round one wheel based on all this is worth $750.
