Awesome! In my opinion this is one of your best pic in Sonic style! I give you an advice if you don't mind: you should draw the lines thicker next time ( I mean you should use the second kind of lines at the option where you can change the thickness of a line in Paint).
Unfortunately, I haven't got Photoshop (only PhotoFiltre), but I heard there's a tool called "Antialias" or something like that. That makes the lines smoother, so it gives a "more cartoon like" pic.
Returning to the pic, it is nicely done! +favs ;)

After you have uploaded a few pics (About a full page) You get auto approval and FAC don't check your pics anymore and they just upload straight away ^^
