I'm soooo sorry this took so long! T.T

Her character Ellen as a Pokemon! 8D

I chose the name "Elleneon" as in an Eeveeloution and the fact that she has neon tail rings! :D

They're supposed to be glowing but I failed -_-

And I made her legs too short :noes:

I made the markings on her legs into some kind of armor! :D
