Street Artist

A charcoal sketch I did this weekend of an artist I saw in a little place called 'The Village' in Gatlinburg. He inspired me to use charcoal by doing a picture of blood-stained hands on a black background. I went back to the hotel room to start my portrait of what I remembered that he looked like. I hope you like this picture, it's my first completed charcoal that I did when I could see. The other I did during the night after having gone to bed and not being able to see while I was doing so.
Yes, my scanner is in order again, and I'll put up Kat's request as soon as I finish colouring it.
