I was too lazy to color it...anyway, this is the "Cereal Killers" version of Lester Sinclair, the youngest son of the Sinclair family and also the roadkill fetist. (His name is official; check the script. ;) ) He's just relaxing here...yeah...I might color this later, but right now I'm leaving it as is.
