I don't wanna be a jerk because it IS well drawn, but why would a Mewtwo like creature need wings if it can simply levitate? :P

then again Pokemon never did follow the laws of Physics OR darwinian evolution

no, it is not pastel, it was done whit coloring pencills (prismacolor) and I ran out of black color again --U thanx for the comments =)

Pretty good, my brother watches Pokemon. If the lightning is what you had trouble with, lighting doesn't ever really have curved lines. It's easier to jerk your hand around crazily on a separate sheet of paper, and then mimic it on the actual picture ;) It looks like pastels(?), too- one of my favorite looks- you did the blending well.
