DragonballZ, probably the only Anime/Manga I actually liked besides Bo-bobo and One Piece. Not really my favorite character, but it was still pretty fun to draw.
I have no clue why I drew him without his shirt on. I was too focused on actually drawing him. And I know, I suck at backgrounds.
Done on photoshop w/ a tablet.
