P'shaw! And you thought I wasn't going to come out with a new pic...And here is the fabulous Harley Quinn! She's the Joker's "girlfriend". If you can call her that. He goes from trying to kill her to trying to kiss her, but, alas, they're mah favorite couple of all time!! :3 Yay!
Done with markers. Yes. MARKERS, so if you have any doubts, believe me. It was done with Prismacolor and Copic markers. Only thing Photoshopped was a spot that I got out of line with marker. That's it!
