Hmm, it's not bad, this is just my opinion though, what if you made the ear longer and a bit thicker, so it matches the size of the head?

Also, the nose, for an elf, maybe shorter and a little more pointed. The lips could have dip in the middle, and the forehead could be covered a bit more by some hair.
