This is nicely done. I like the coloring on her hair.The only thing I would try to work on is this: she looks like she's leaning a bit. In the future, I would encourage you to try to draw your characters a little bit straighter, unless this is what was intended for the drawing. In that case, nevermind.
But it's still a good drawing. I like the coloring and wrinkles on her outfit. It's nicely done.
