Another blast from the past. (I went hunting for my old sketchbook you see!)
I drew this (again) for homework. We had to draw a still life of fruit/vegetables . Can't remember why....
Old old picture. But I CAN colour a tiny bit, if I put my mind to it... but I prefer to just draw with the old pencil, in plain black and white for now.
I drew this way way back in 1st year (12-13 years old can't remember). I got a wonderful comment from my art teacher who was so shocked by the quality of my drawing she said she was glad she was sitting down when she marked it. You can guess I got a good mark for it. *does a dance*
Boy was my head swelled from that comment! They had to take out the door frames to get me out of the classroom again.... slightly sarcastic ... he he
Anyway, I don't like the quality of it now. Bleugh! Anyway, I KNOW I could do better now. But I'll leave the coloured pencils in the dusty neglected corner of my room for now! Until I am a bit more confident with them at least...

No wonder your head was swellled because this pic is very beautiful. Mmm.. I think I'm hungry..yum fruits! I love them. I hope you turn more confident with your colored pencils soon for I prefer colored pictures.
