I think you've done really well with the chocobo in this pic. Its head and the armour look really good. I have found a few flaws though. The girl riding the chocobo should be sitting over its back but not its wings. It would be almost impossible to get a saddle over its wings and if you managed it then it would be painful for the chocobo. It wouldn't be able to fly either. I also think that the place where the legs join the hips look a bit strange.
