"What are you?" Both the Andalite child and the young Hork-Bajir seem to be asking this question. It's a little startling, but a friendly meeting, nonetheless. (This Hork-Bajir is not a Yeerk-infested, by the way.)

The background is rubbish, but I always liked the expressions on the Andalite's and the Hork-Bajir's faces, and it's still one of my favorites. Oh, and hands with seven fingers are not entirely easy to draw right.

(Hee hee, the spell check doesn't like half the words in this description.)

gojira86Sorry to be such a smart @$$ but I feel the need to point out that Andalites have six fingers.
It can be counted from what is written in the books (the text matters, not the cover pictures because K.A. didn't draw them by herself). (Sorry again.)

Other than the hand issue, the picture is actually quite good.

hyenacubWell, I am a little puzzled by your comment, as I gave her six fingers. Her thumb is not easily visible, but thumbs aren't always. But I am glad you liked it all the same. : )
