Paint Shop Pro 7. I was testing with the color paint brush, and so I turned it half blue and half red. I used the Pattern thing to make a bg, and swirled it! Plus, this picture can be a tiled background! ^__~

thanks! I like it! I think it's a shame that Mina and Amy aren't friends. I know they both like Sonic but Mina is the coolest Sonic Archie female character (if Sally were kicked out) and Amy is already the most popular female character in sonic games. and though mina has never appeared in a game before (and in the games, it's like she's not real! [and she really isn't real because Sonic Team did not create her]they should be best friends in the comic. like telling each other secrets and stuff. i hate sally, so that's about it. XD
