Maybe I have a thing for women with blue hair. I scanned the pencil work for this image before leaving on a trip, and did the colors on my laptop during the flight.
This picture features Schala from Chrono Trigger (not Queen Zeal - don't be confused by the title). I think that CT would have worked well if it was written around her.
