I was kind of hyper when coloring Axel's shirt, that's why it's all pastel-y.

I dunno if you have the same Photoshop 0.7 or anything, but there's a little square on the tool-thing on the left hand corner, or any corner, that should have some sort of shape on it. And I just used the softened-up edge square-thing and circle(with different levels of opacities), and really-low level opacity for the thick lines. And thankies for the comment(s). :3!!!
