Hmmmm, his name is Siashi. I'm not really sure on his background yet. He's my Naruto OC villian (hey ya gotta have one!) Theres a skull painted on his face, sorry the background sux ^_^ I didn't know what to put and I can't draw bg's ^^; hehehe. Anyway that head-thinigie in the sky is the Eight-Tailed Pheonix. (oh and the bg is supposed to be kinda sunset-ish and a villiage just burned or somthin.)

His religion worships the pheonix and he has it in his mind that only he is worhty of having the pheonix. (woo go cult fanatics :b) that necklace thing he holds, the beads on it contain ritually-sacrificed souls, and the skull on the end will point (like a compass) at any target as long as it has touched the targets blood.
