Sno Dream

another OC of mine. one day hem and a few other friends were in a junkyard. He was holding a can of A/C refridgerent, when him and his friends were hit with some chemical that gave them powers. simmiler to what they were touching. his real name is Frank. but he changed it to SnoDream. His powers include the ability to create Ice by thought. he can also creat ice bullits if he spits. and can use a colum of ice to fly and or surf on it. in addition to the powers he got. he also got a neat ability to not slip on ice. he'll never get frostbite. or Hypothermia. and he's #1 at snowball fighting. but his true weekness is fire. when he gets hot he gets weeker. and in really hot conditions his ice doesn't even happen.
