Chaotic

Well... erm... Long story short, This is Chaotic, yes that is his name, he controls our fate when the elements Chaos and Doom are involved. He lives in another plain of existence and is sort of an immortal but can enter ours in a mortal form, which is what this picture is of. His weapon is a scythe, and he has a form of control over oblivion.

I dont know why but he kinda looks like he just p.o'd the wrong person.
