I'm actually quite flattered that you would devote a picture to me. Interestingly this picture is actually better than your other works. However, some issues need to be adressed.
The first of these is the dargon's forearms, which are simply too small in some places and really don't look right in others.
The second invovles the spelling and grammer errors in the speach bubble, although they're not nearly as bad as the errors you made in your messeage to me.
The third is the apparent lopsidedness of the horns and plates on the dragon's head.
What I do like about this pic are the wings and face (aside from the glasses and the eye phasing through the eybrow), which are quite good for what is clearly a hasty piece of MS Paint work.
Your work is certainly improving though, keep it up.
