The shading is really nice on the hair, and the face as well.... very, very well-done!! :3 Really, awesome job.
Hmm... if there's anything to nitpick on, it's his mouth... it's a bit... Off. I dunno, I suppose that the way the mouth curves is just a bit too sharp... I know that it's anime and not realism, but still... just a bit too sharp. Check up on some references; usually, mouths are mostly flat on the top half, and curve more on the bottom to show the smile.
