Beatiful colors. But his eyes, nose and mouth seems to be small compared to his face. Try making the eyes a little bigger, and make his mouth a little bigger and move it down a little. Make the nose bigger. Everything else... BEAUTIFUL. I love the colors. *favs*

Very, very pretty. Ooh, but I do love the way you brought in black as shadowing to his hair.
And his eyes, and his face, and the very very very fine lineart here~! Why, that lineart is just gorgeous. Really. Very, very interesting what you've got going on there.

I've not got too much to crit on, but for a few little details... his eyes and nose and eyes still seem rather small for his face. In anime, don't worry about how small the eyes should be~! Go ahead and make them huge!! XD (But not TOO big, of course) but try to find a nice medium. And to position the lips and nose just right and all...
And just a bit of tweaking on the tears~ ;)

But, otherwise, stunningly gorgeous. I love this piece. Really, I do.
Giving him black wings is interesting... I don't know if you've ever gotten the alternative ending in ToS before, but the spoilder (don't read NOW if you don't want to know this)
is that Zelos actually has angel wings, and they're orange-yellow.
But, still gorgeous. I've seen Zelos's eyes green, blue, and even violet, so I honestly don't care anymore now.
