WOW!! WOW WOW WOW!!!

Seriously, this is just oh-so-brilliantly lovely. I can't believe you've made such of an enormous jump in awesome artistic skill this fast!! This is just downright, absolutely, gorgeous.
Flippin' beautiful.

Seriously, it is. The shading of the hair, ohmygod, ohmygod, ohmygod, really, juist absolutely, completely, downright LOVELY. gorgeous.

And how his eyes match, AND they're just the right size! And their coloring...
Truly, really just gorgeous. It is. :) I LOVE IT~!!!

(It should be your avatar, I'm not kidding. It's that lovely ;) )

Really, just bloody brilliant.
However, I'm still here to nitpick just a little, if you don't mind. ^^;
His body/skin coloring is bloody beautiful, it is, but there's a sudden jump in shading between his body and his face. Whoops! I know how easily that can be messed up, though. So either darken his face, or lighten his skin, and that should all be fixed up.
Also, still a tad bit of a problem with proportions (check how long a forearm is in comparison to your body, for example) and how thin/thick a forearm is to the upper arm; the forearm SHOULD be thinner, but only by the tiniest bit!!

The only (and last, I promise!) point to pick out is the marking/scars. His scars are really adequate for his being a ninja and all, but honey, scars aren't the same color as the skin. They're usually lighter or darker, depending on the type of scar. And never forget; scars aren't just drawn lines! They're warped and twisted skin, so they bump up or stretch tight, so you need to shade around them, not right through them. ;)
And the other point is that interesting blue mark on his face. It's a lovely design (as you probably already know, I have a personal affinity for tattoos/drawn things of the sort on skin) but that's the point: it's on skin. And usually, it can't be that sharp a color. Unless it's black, you usually want to tone down the color of a marking on someone to a shade that looks more like it could've been painted (tattooed, whatever) on someone's skin.
And since it's part of the skin, don't forget, it gets shading, too!!!

Ahh, such of a long rant. I'm so sorry, and really, really, don't feel ashamed of the minor messups at all.

Because this is just so downright GORGEOUS, I'm totally, utterly serious. LOVELY WORK. I absolutely adore his hair shading, yes, yes. <3, <3, <3.

AWESOME!!!! Keep it up~!!!
