Oooh, but I really like it! You've really gotten a hold on how to draw faces real well, and realistically, too!! I absolutely love her expression, and the high cheekbones, the lips, the nose... all very, very lovely. @v@
My only tip here is, work on the hair. Oooh, it looks lovely, really, and I love that style of hair, but still, first glance at this pic, I thought she was bald. >>; Sorry! But, well, remember that even when hair is braided this way, it isn't shaved! It's just, all of the hair is swept back from the hairline, so make sure that you can find this 'hairline' on a person! (people with crew cuts/really close shaves can give you a good view of this) So you know where hair grows, and where it will then be pulled back into the braids. On this topic, she should probably have some more braids, and a bit thicker. (Well, okay, they don't have to be thicker, but... more braids in general? It should match the amount of hair, no matter how it's done up!)
Here, this pic for a quick ref (all I can remember for now...) Just to show you how this style of hair might be drawn at the scalp:

Okay? Otherwise, LOVE IT. :D Your art is getting so good!! Keep it up!
