I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the shading for her skin. Egads, it's just gorgeous. It's, it's, flawless~ Very beautiful shading, and all in just the right places! I love the skin tone you always pick; they are so awesome. @_@
Ooh, and her expression is just perfect, as is her hair. Seriously, I'm blown away. That's probably better coloring than I can do. XD
Also, your lines are much, much smoother here, and I love them. Very good job!

Now, my only crits... I absolutely love your work with anatomy this time, and it's improved in leaps and bounds. And there looks to be some perspective worked into your piece here, and it seems to fit in pretty well... However, next time, I still suggest a little bit more space between the upper chest and the legs; remember, girls/females in particular have longer, slimmer waists and all.
Also, her wings are very interesting... demonic, but with an almost angelic flair at the bottom, which I really like. :3 However, you could try to work on really 'fleshing out' these wings, in a sense... try to not make demonic wings so smooth; instead, try to see the bones beneath, and to really work the webbing tightly around these areas. As well, next time, don't be afraid to go large with those wings! If you want a human to fly... well, it's still implausible (XD;) but you want big, BIG wings. Don't be afraid to span them out, a lot. :3
Otherwise... I love the dark yet colorful background, but the sudden break into the 'spraypaint' pixels don't really fit... know what I'm talking about? The ones that kind of sorta look like they were added with MS Paint. Try smoother blending, okay? Or maybe a bit of the blur tool, I dunno.

Otherwise though, absolutely adore this piece. It's amazing, I love it. @_@
