Well, the plot for this:
Shigure has done something to stress both Yuki and Kyo out to the point where they're stuck in their transformed zodiac animal states. To exact revenge on him for, the cat & the rate come up with an idea together to get even with him -- put a listing up on eBay to auction Shigure off to the highest bidder. At least -- the doggie version of Shigure anyways. Imagine how confused the winning bidder bidder will be when they come to claim their winnings -- or at least for it to arrive in the mail.
