This and all of my London series are done in basic colored pencil (by basic I mean the off-brand someone somewhere got me for christmas sometime -_-) And they're a pain in the butt too! I can never seem to get them dark enough and the leads keep breaking! Oh well... I think Vincent turned out very well... and that's supposed to be water at his feet as well.
