Description

Okay, as always... requests provide an avenue of invention... a chance for me to stretch my indy wings as it were. I wanted this one to look like some sort of art deco/old picture/ dream sequence lovechild with the paleness and the frame. I hope you and Matt are still a couple Tore! Sorry it took so long for me to finish it for you.

Its a layer of stiff color overlayed on a black and white cloud background layer. I treated the layer with the posterizing feature and the watercolor feature too I think... maybe some more. The eyes are separate from the overlay tho.

Very nice once again, i do like the special affects(effects) did you use a burn tool in photoshope or watercolor paints? i cant tell
