This is really good. I very much like the way his hair is, as I have so much trouble drawing shiny hair like that effectively. The raindrops in the background are a great touch, and he just plain looks so sad. If I didn't hate his guts, I'd almost feel bad for him. As it is... great CGing! When Touga was first introduced I thought he was cool. But now I know he's a big jerk with a hidden agenda!
