Sea Maiden for Chi_in_the_World Request

Description

Okay, the computer was busy doing something for me so I decided to take the old-fashioned approach. This is a sea maiden. I asked Chi if sea maidens had tails and she didn't answer so I gave her kinda both... its a tail in the water and legs dry. You can see the scales growing where the water is lapping her shins.<br />
<br />
As for the construction... is mixed media. The sky is colored pencil, the water is watercolor, her dress is crayon, her hair is marker, her skin is oil pastel... that's about it I guess. Well, tell me what you think

Youre welcome Chi... It was fun to stretch my usual boundaries. And its like my Dryden pics... no matter how much I love them... no one comments unless its Inuyasha, YuYuHakusho or Final Fantasy art. Which is okay, I like those too (I just wish I would run into another Dryden Lover ::weeps::)
