Eagle Cherubim: The concept and name are of Assyrian origin. These extraordinary creatures adapted by other cultures throughout history such as the Hebrews, Dionysian's, Muslims and other Eastern regions. Unlike the suedo childish version, the Cherubim a magnificent being with either individual or multi-characteristics of the lion, human, bull or eagle, a composite creature with 2-6 wings. They are the gatekeepers of temples and palaces. In the book of Revelations 4:6-8 they reside at the four corners of the throne of God, praising his glory. They are second in the 9th hierarchy of celestial order, interceding for the divinities.
