Great job!
The snake reminded me of the cartoon Conan bad guy, I do not remember the name of the character.
The warrior with the ax reminds me of the lead singer of Metallica, James Hetfield!

That reptilian beast indeed has strength in fingers, since her claws pierce easily through chain mail. Hopefully the warrior seems a match, especially with such decent ax. ;)

What I like most in this picture is the atmosphere of close-combat fever, great job in depicting it !
