I seriously don't know why I can't take my eyes off this picture, but I seem to be enjoying it quite well. ^_^
I think you did a really nice compostion with it, and the shading is nicely done in the purples.
It takes more time, but if you want it to stand out a tad more, you could try removing the black outlines.
Very cute. =D
