Penki

I made Penki a while ago. Just didn't know if I should've showed him.
^^;;;
Well, anyway, here is Penki with his two Pokemon, Smeargle and Pelipper.
Penki's name means 'paint' because he likes to paint the pictures of Pokemon in the Pokemon Contest stuff. And obviously, he carries a huge paintbrush around.
He nicknamed his Smeargle Rakugaki because it means 'scribble'.
And his Pelipper's nickname is Peki because I wanted its nickname to end in 'i'.

Ummm....he lives in Lilycove City because that's where that art museum is and stuff. And he likes to go to Pokemon Contests.
And he is clumsy and shy.
