Padfoot_Lover: No, he was cursed. If you saw the second PotC movie, you'd know. But even if you haven't, 'tis fine. But he WAS, indeed, cursed by the gold, as well.

Bootstrap wasn't cursed. They drowned him before they got the gold, just after they abandoned Jack. Bill said they shouldn't have left Jack and if they were cursed they'd deserve it. So they threw him overboard, he drowned and then they sailed off and got themselves cursed. Great pic btw, it would be good if they'd sort of faded a clip of something like this in as he spoke on the movie.... **faves**

WHEE!!! I love this picture! You did an awesome job!! I will try to clear up some confusion now..They were cursed and immortal, but they were only cursed for 10 years, so when the curse was lifted, they weren't like 500years old, just 10 years older. As for Bootstrap, I really don't know about him..I should go watch the movie again, I've only seen it 26.5 times..^__^ Can't wait for POTC2+3!!! Great piccy! you are so talented!!

But bootstraps fate always confused me. ...Was he not cursed? Why did they need HIS blood? How could he die if he was cursed?

*pets POTC tee* I love that movie!! I have one question. If he was cursed and immortal, then, technically, shouldn't he of died when the curse was lifted? I'm so confused at that part, but otherwise, great pic. I'll shut up now.
