ppg oc color weal

I was thinking about how people like to make ppg fan characters so I created this to help in choosing there colors and keeping track of them. Bang,Blaze,Carely,Charlott,and Cell belong to me. Bell belongs to Bleedman, Butch Brick,Boomer,Bubbles Blossom, and Buttercup belong and are copyright to Cartoon Network. As for the black question mark thingy...well I don't know allot about her but I heard about her from Bleedman. Probably a fan character who belongs to a friend of his or him. Feel free to take this and add you're own characters to it.If you post it anywhere please credit me. I'll be posting a blank one soon if you want to use or have used the same colors as i or Bleedman have.
