Hmmm. I'd say this is your best work ^_^ I like her hair, and the clothes are well drawn, the lines are a little indistinct probablly because it is a webcam scan, also, the proportion of the hand looks awkward. My advice is when you do a pencil sketch, go over the lines with either a fine point black pen or a fountain pen, then erase the pencil lines. then color it.. that's known as inking.
